- Scientists: These may include research scientists, geneticists, and other experts in the field of diagnostics who help develop new tests and technologies.
- Administrative and support staff: These may include office managers, Receptionists, customer service representatives, and other staff who handle administrative tasks and ensure that the diagnostic centre runs smoothly.
- Sales and marketing personnel: These may include sample collection boys, sales representatives and marketing professionals who help promote the diagnostic centre and its services to potential patients and referral sources.
- IT/technical support: These may include IT professionals, Digital marketing professionals, software developers, and technical support staff who help maintain and improve the diagnostic centre’s computer systems and software.
