Refund and Cancellation

Welcome to Impact Diagnostics official website. https://www.impactdiagnostics.net. It was registered as private limited company in India with the purpose of giving quality diagnostic reports and adding value to people lives.

Services that are booked online through our website/app must be secured by full payment of the fees for the requested services.

Here is our policy on refund and cancellation of online sales (health packages, other diagnostic tests) received in website/app as per payment gateway process.

Refund & Cancellation policy

IMPACT will not accept any cancellation requests via telephone.

Cancellation and refund shall be acceptable only when the customer request cancellation at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled time of booking. Once refund is processed it will take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account from the date of request. Impact Diagnostics will not refund any amount in cash.

The Customer can contact us through e-mail id, payments@impactdiagnostics.net  in case of queries regarding cancellation and refunds.

Note: 10% cancellation charges will be applicable on the total amount of invoice.

  1. If customer booked home sample collection for any package:
  2. If sample not collected, full refund will be issued excluding cancellation charges.
  3. If sample collected but not processed and then cancelled, service charge and cancellation charge will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
  4. If sample collected and processed then cancelled, no refund will be issued.
  5. If customer booked an appointment but not reported before working hours, the appointment will be cancelled and amount will be refunded excluding cancellation charges.
